Journey 1 — Relationship with You
You belong here just as much as anyone else.
Focusing on You
Tailored Approaches
Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches that clients have reported to yield the most significant improvements in their lives is what guides my work. However, assessing what has historically worked best for you and centralizing your narrative is vital in cultivating an emotional foundation of confidence and well-being. Discovering and illuminating your unique path for the best outcomes is my guiding mission.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Effectively partnering with your inner critic(s) can generate a dynamic of confidence and ease instead of corrosive doubt. Internal critics are frequently developed to protect us from failure and harm, but if you feel that your internal dialogue is keeping you up at night and making you feel defeated before you start, the Internal Family Systems approach may be what you are seeking.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Addressing one’s unhelpful views of the world which affects feelings and behavior can be key to creating a foundation for wellbeing. If anxiety or depression are interfering with your ability to cope, this modality has been clinically proven to significantly improve the quality of your experience. Developing strategies that align with your values can make your efforts sustainable.
Mindfulness and Somatic Work
Mindfulness can allow you to build space between stimuli from others and your response. Developing the ability to have autonomy over your responses can change relationships with oneself and others while minimizing regret. This modality can cultivate emotional regulation and promote the ability to enjoy the present.
Somatic Work can address emotions trapped within one’s body. Unprocessed traumatic events and emotions can impact the body, but through this modality, it is possible to improve physiological regulation.
Together it is possible for you to experience yourself in ways that you desire.
